The replacement power supply would be fine. As long as it has an equal voltage it would run fine. Better have an voltage regulator so it won't be damage by a power fluctuate from the power utility.

I saw a handful of these printing in the Dremel Booth at Maker Fair. They were turning out pretty decent prints.
Well since I read about the Zortrax I have done masses of reading up about it and I have to say, I am likely not going to order a 5th Gen from MBI.
I agree, I'd have to be careful with the speed settings. My 3d printer isn't the best though so this is why I hesitate on experimenting with it. I only use what's the recommended settings.
I'm glad it turned out well for you! I wanted to purchase Geeetech 3D printer before too but someone I knew discouraged me from buying it. She had a bad experience on this printer.
The cat looks adorable. I've been looking for different cat models I could make use of and I find yours really good. I'm loving all your works, by the way.
Congrats on your first 3d printer. I remember I can't quite contain my excitement too after getting my own as well. I agree, there are a lot of good model files you can download at thingiverse.com....
I have encountered this problem before too. The printed results became thinner and it wasn't really good to look at. I read blogs and other forums and through it, I was able to fix up the problem....
Wow, it looks pretty cool. I'm truly liking the design. I look forward to seeing more of your works using that printer in the future.
Yes, Bassna is right. Those business cards look cool and stylish. I'm curious what 3d printer your company uses, if you don't mind me asking.
Sadly, I wasn't able to get a free copy of this. Reading the reviews, it seems like a great book. Hopefully, I can buy a copy instead.
They look so real. You really did a great job; congrats! I wish I could do these kind of things in the near future.

I'm not really that good yet with 3d printing so it's nice to know that there are courses being offered for those who are interested in 3d printing. However, I agree that experience is still the best...
It's quite convenient but it's also unhygienic. I agree with some of the comments here. I really wouldn't want to drink from that if other people's fingers have been on it before.
You already have good ideas for your 3d printing business. I agree that at one point, you'll be "messing with your printer". That's going to be something that happens and I think that shouldn't...
That was a bit severe for a punishment. I think a temporary suspension would have been enough for his actions. If he does it for the second time, then being fired is definitely a sound judgement.
It's definitely a cool gadget but needs more useful features. I would have to agree that it's nothing new. A lot of watches today have features that are good for practical use.
Indeed, it looks cool when you think about it. Thanks for sharing the full article. A 3d printer used for 2d printing totally gives me new ideas.
I use my 3d printer mostly for my personal hobby. When I get to improve on my craft, I might one day make it into a business. This is something I really look forward to as I really enjoy printing...
That's pretty awesome. Looking at other people's finished products makes me want to improve and see to it that I am getting the most out of my printer. It's wonderful to know that we can accomplish...
The first time I used cold acetone, I was impressed with the result. Like you, I search for how-to's when it comes to cleaning the printer and ways to ensure that it would last for a long time. There...
It's around 10 months since I purchased my 3d printer. I often use it 4-5x a week for my personal projects and I'm quite satisfied with my printer but I'm still looking around for something that...
I have to agree with yoman258. If you really want to have a printer built from scratch, you need to have someone who really knows a lot and has already a wide experience on building this kind of...
A cheap printer may not last you for a long time and aside from that, you might not get the desired results. But if you really need it ASAP, try looking at online shops and look for second-hand 3d...
