Yeah, I'm not sure why they are selling ABS spools at all. If you really have to print in ABS, better to look elsewhere.
But, for those just fooling around and making fun stuff, this printer is...
Mine is paid for and shipping paid. It should be on the way this week. I'm going to try it out, load some files and then ship it off to a friend of mine that always wanted one.
iDig, thanks for the link. LIKED
Well, hopefully you got your 15 minutes of fame you wanted. Now get back to making the butt plugs you were first famous for!!
They are called hobbed rollers.

Solidworks will be the most used professional software that I have seen in all of my machine shops.
So you are saying that stealing someone's hard work is OK, if they haven;t done the legal paperwork to protect it?
If it looks like her Lion or Shark from the show, then you won;t be able to sell it. Do you print out Pepsi signs and sell them?
If its for your personal use, then go ahead and do it. Once you add a price to it, it is thievery. Its a very simple concept.
I would never think of stealing someones idea and then selling it for profit. It gives 3D printing a bad name and is immoral. But since this generation is all about getting something for free, then I...
Yeah, too bad the guy has to steal other people's ideas and sell them for profit. Sleazebag.
I think its awesome. I hope it does well.

Yeah, this printer is going to sell well. SeeMeCNC aren't known for thier marketing movies and owners being on Good Morning America. They are known for making great 3D printers that work pretty...
I was looking for something interesting to print over the Holidays, and decided to make a tribute car to one of my favorite shows, Fast and Loud, GasMonkeyGarage.
...
Now that is a 3D printed car. I hope they allow Local Motors to start making that version.
PLA for me so far. I haven;t had the need for any ABS, and I make iPhone cases, RC car parts, household stuff and just general fooling around.
The chat room is a waste of space. IMHO.

I use Elmers Purple and it does very well for me. I usually get around 6 prints before I have to re-apply. I wipe it off with a wet napkin and it comes right off.
Lifting does help with the oozing. It breaks the strands and they aren;t that hard to remove. I use a .2mm retraction in Slic3r
SeemMeCNC Rostock Max kit or the Delta Orion will work for you.
How about a return label?
PLA doesn;t need anything. ABS is is toxic in large quantities, but I'm not sure when it becomes bad for you. I only run PLA in the house.
