Bionic hand from a game are fun, but when we use 3d technologies to make a individual moving arm for a person this is what is really great. Like this German doctor does.

How do you automatically control the quality of your 3d prints? The question is mostly about Software. We print big series of same parts in a row and need to automatically or semi automatically...
Will it work with huge 3d scans about million tris? And which format is preferable obj or stl, As Artec Studio can export both.
And can you recommend any good converter for this?
Well, there are plugin for Blender to import and export .nif files.Unfortunatelly I'm unable to find any .gr2 plugins.
Which scanner? Maybe you mean Artec Eva?!!!
Not sure the seam will be invisible, but why dont you just use a glue?
haha. It would be useful for robbers, if they can get acees to one's keys. scan them and put back, so no one notice. Print a plastic key, won't last long but should ne enough to open the door, steal...
Yep, i used it with Artec Studio trial version. Not the best result, but quite suitable for me.
I use Artec Studio trial version with my Kinect 2. For me it more comfortable than KScan.
