About INDMATEC GmbH

Biography:

The history of INDMATEC GmbH started in September 2013 with a conversation between two friends Tony Tran-May and Prof. Dr. Brando Okolo on a terrace in the beautiful Karlsruhe. Mr. Tran-May had been working in sales for more than ten years, and Mr. Okolo is a guest professor at KIT - Karlsruhe Institut für Technologie and a professor of materials science and engineering at the German University in Cairo.

The goal of INDMATEC GmbH is to revolutionize the 3D printing industry by researching in the field of materials, materials applications and 3D printer upgrades. After having decided on specific goals for the company, Mr. Tran-Mai and Mr. Okolo quit their stable positions as sales manager and full-time professor in order to pursue the success of their newly established enterprise.

Nowadays, INDMATEC GmbH has released a one-of-a-kind product: 3D printing filaments made out of PEEK material. At the moment, INDMATEC GmbH is the only company in Germany capable of offering these filaments, and also the only company in the world able to upgrade a 3D printer to enable PEEK 3D printing.
