There is a long running TV program of British TV dealing with the restoration of older classic cars. For its 100th episode the cast undertook some restoration work on a 1903 Darracq car. As part of the restoration they wanted to replace the oil lamps of the original car with modern H7 LED bulbs. Since the car is a museum piece, they could not damage the original oil lamp tank and wick assemblies, so they made replicas using 3D printing. This allowed them to fit the LED bulbs, batteries and switches into holders which were the same size and shape as the originals.

The 3D printing is mentioned about half way through the episode.
