Artist David Lobser is working to understand the way in which 3D printing technology can be an expressive medium in its own right rather than as a way of simply conveying a digital model into the real world. As such, he uses Javascript to generate G-Code that he varies in a chaotic way in order to create sculptural vessels of a wide variety of forms. Each vessel is unique as a result of slight variations in the input. Further, he has made it possible to link through his website and modify your own vessel using Web-GL.
