Croft Additive Manufacturing, sister company to UK-based Croft Filters, is putting innovation into action with efficient new 3D-printed filters that simply could not be created with the older, more traditional subtractive manufacturing techniques. With the addition of their new Realizer SLM 250 3D printer, CAM is off and running with creating filtration devices that employ better aerodynamics and energy use. This interest in new technology and products has led to partnerships in research and design with the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC) CERN Business Incubation Centre (STFC CERN BIC), as well as Lancaster University.
