3d printer help

Hey all,

I'm new to the forums and 3d printing. In the last print I ran across an issue that I haven't been able to fix. I have a model that at a certain point the extruder moves off of and causes a nasty mess. either by finishing the model in a mess or simply extruding plastic beside it. I'm not sure why this is happening and have checked the model which appears to be fine. pictures are below. I was curious if anyone could help?

sounds like a problem with the model - can you post the .stl file ?
