    Is 3D Printing Dying a Slow Death?

    Is 3D printing dying? Well, it only takes a perusal of the 3DPrint.com newsletter to figure out that the answer is no. But in answer to John Brandon’s recent article, ‘4 Important Lessons You Can Learn Now That 3D Printing Is Dying,’ we show the flip side of what the industry is offering the world. Rather than worrying about printing goods at the desktop that you can go out and buy for $5, why not consider what’s happening in the world of medicine, automotive, aerospace—and back at the desktop, look at all that’s happening in education—not to mention a thriving world of manufacturing going on for home 3D printers via companies like XYZPrinting.     It isn't dying, it is just finding its way into niches where its advantages come to most use.
    We are discovering that 3D printing is not useful for just anything, it just has its own place and should be well-considered to invest in for creating parts.
