The new Sharebot 42 was just announced this week, and it brought with it a complete top to bottom redesign that manages to cram in a ton of new features. The basic Sharebot design was tweaked to make the S42 as compact as possible, while adding in some impressive technological improvements, including a brand new full metal body and frame, a self calibrating system for the X, Y and Z axes, a filament sensor and a set of interchangeable extruders. It has a new ARM internal electronic board, integrated on-board webcam, a constant wi-fi connection for the new web interface, a new 3.2-inch six-color touch screen control and a pair of USB slots.
