breaking prints due to sticking TO much

I was having issues with curling on the edges when printing things, so i thought it was time to ditch the blue masking tape and print directly on my acrylic bed. but now things are sticking and i am breaking them when trying to removing them.

should i be coating my bed with something to help with release or is it to much filament on my first layer?

    Please help

    Thanks

    Troy

If it's too much filament on the 1st layer, you would see it easily : in that case the filament "piles up" and you have blobs being formed.

Yeah the first layer looks just as nice as the rest, so i guess its not to much, i tried rubbing some vegetable oil on the bed and it seemed to have helped with my first trial print we will find out once i get home tonight to see if it worked for the second.
