While for this year’s first quarter HP Inc. proved themselves not to be quite the sinking ship many wondered about—quite yet—their financial outlook is still rather grim, and it would still seem that their future hopes may be greatly pinned on 3D printing. With that in mind, layoffs are occurring faster than previously anticipated in order to generate an extra income of what execs project to be around $300 million. While the company had warned of 3,000 jobs to be cut over the next three years, starting with 1,200 cuts this year, they have announced that all of the jobs will indeed be eliminated this year.
