The ad team for Act for Kids comprises Christian McKechnie and Ben Lees, who are busy working to set the charity up with a business model that can keep giving income far into the feature. In seeing that so many abused and neglected children repeatedly draw monsters in their artwork, the team decided to bring the theme out front and center as they began making 3D printed prototypes for their Monster Crayons, to be marketed in four packs of the colorful, chunky, crayons, each featuring a different ‘character.’ The Monster Crayons are currently part of a crowdfunding campaign on Pozible, where they hope to raise $20,000 AUD (translating roughly to $14,211 USD).
