Looking at buying my first 3D printer.

Hello,
I'm looking at a buying my first 3d printer, also I'm a student so my budget is small (very very small). My budget is $250USD (±) a few dollars shipped (bad exchange rate), any more customs/govt will make me pay $100+ in GST and fees. I know this leaves me with very little options, as 3D printing isn't big in New Zealand its very expensive to buy local. The two printers that i'm currently looking at Kossel Delta or Prusa I3. I would also upgrade parts over time, switching parts out with better quality bits. Another way i could go is slowly buy parts and build it that way, but i would prefer the kit option as a starter.

Any information would be helpful as to options or advice.
