Biolase and Stratasys Reach Reseller Deal

Another agreement has been reach within the 3D printing industry. Today, Stratasys and the world's leading dental laser manufacturer, Biolase, have reached a reseller agreement:

Based on the deal, Biolase will now have the ability to resell the Objet30 Orthodeck printer as well as several other Stratasys machines.

So does this mean that you can't buy the printer directly through Stratasys? Seems kinda odd to me.
