    Carima C-CAT DLP 3D Printer

South Korean 3D printer manufacturer Carima has developed a new printing technology that they call Carima-Continuous Additive 3D Printing Technology (C-CAT ). DLP printers using C-CAT technology will reach printing speeds up to 1 cm per minute and up to 60 cm per hour. And the prints will have a layer thickness of only 5 microns. Just to put that in perspective, a single micron is the equivalent of 0.0001 centimeters, so the striation marks will not be visible to the naked eye. You can read more about the C-CAT technology over on 3DPrint.com: http://3dprint.com/97679/carima-c-cat-dlp-3d-printer/
