Dubai has seen huge growth since the oil boom of the '60s, and for the Cityscape Global exhibition this week at the Dubai World Trade Centre, a massive map of the city is commanding attention. The huge (3 x 2 meter) map from Ejadah Management Consultancy displays the city in its architectural wonder, and they contracted Generation 3D to create the piece. The team at Generation 3D used a CAD model of the city drawn from Google Maps references to print the piece on a ProJet 860Pro 3D printer from 3DS.
