When Neta Soreq was in her second year of university, she began to work on projects that required her to design shoes. Her first shoe, inspired by Pink Floyd, was created and 3D printed, giving her a glimpse of the what possibilities there were in additive manufacturing for the creation of footwear. For her final project, she created a shoe with a spring heel that adds extra lift and extra cushion to the wearer.
