California’s RedWorks has only one mission, and that’s to see the colonization of space happen. With the use of 3D printing and inspiration both from nature, in the form of nautilus shells--and ancient civilizations, in the form of pueblos and more, the talented team has put together their experience and resources to refine a plan for 3D printing housing on Mars with the use of regolith. Their plan is to excavate down and build back up with 3D printers. Read more about RedWorks' plans in the full article: http://3dprint.com/91282/redworks-3d-printed-housing/
