Los Angeles company DENTA has just announced that they received FDA approval for a material that they use to 3D print denture bases with. The approval is a significant one for the company and the denture industry in general as it allows denture bases to be customized for customers via a CAD/CAM process and printed using a stereolithography process and this now certified as safe resin.
