3D Printing Leads the Way for a Perfectly Poured Beer
Third year Mechatronics Engineering student Andy Cao was taking a class called Fluid Mechanics at the University of Waterloo, and decided to use 3D printing to bring an idea to life--surely to the delight of college students everywhere. His design allows air to leave a beer bottle while pouring beer through a second channel, allowing for a pour with almost no 'head' resulting. Cao designed his device in Solidworks and printed it on a Fortus 360mc 3D printer. Check out more details here: http://3dprint.com/79821/3d-printed-beer-pouring/
