First 3D Printed Metal Faucets are Released by American Standard
Kitchen and bathroom hardware manufacturer American Standard Brands has just announced their DXV line of metal 3D printed kitchen faucets. The faucets are created using a selective laser sintering process that allows for some rather remarkable internal geometry that would be impossible with traditional fabrication techniques. You can read more about the line of faucet’s fabrication process over on 3DPrint.com here: http://3dprint.com/71349/3d-printed-sink-faucets/
Oh and if you were wondering how you can get one of these unique faucets, pictured below, that's easy, simply pay anywhere between $12,000 and $20,000 and American Standard will make you one!
