Bold Machines and Field Ready have teamed to 3D print prosthetic hands which are 100% 3D printable for disaster relief. These hands can been assembled directly off of the 3D print bed without the need for any other parts or tools. The focus of this was to create a device which could easily be 3D printed in remote, impoverished areas without having to wait for transportation of cargo. They continue to work on the design, and have also utilized 3D printed to create umbilical cord clamps. Read and see more at http://3dprint.com/70576/3d-printed-hands-clamps/
