WASP, a company we've heard a lot about in the past for their endeavors to 3D printing homes in 3rd world countries is at it again with a partnership they have formed with Rizzoli Institute. This time they aim to 3D print tutors (casts) as well as cranial implants. The tutors will feature condutive traces in them allowing for the application of electrotherapy to speed bone growth. The Cranial implants will feature 3 different levels and allow for human bone to slowly replace the 3D printed bone.
