Ozzie The Goose gets 3D Printed Prosthetic Leg

One very lucky goose in South Africa has received a 3D printed leg. After breaking his leg and ultimately having it amputated, Ozzie the goose wasn’t in very good shape. Luckily, South African animal rescuer Sue Burger, took him under her wing, not only nursing him back to health, but setting him up with a group of designers and 3D printing specialists, beginning with BunnyCorp, who have been able to fit the goose and set him up with a preliminary 3D printed leg. The team of 3D designers and 3D printing specialists will keep an eye on Ozzie to see how he does and then will go on to 3D print his permanent prosthetic in durable nylon. Check out more details about Ozzie's progress in the full story: http://3dprint.com/56182/goose-3d-printed-leg/
