Action figures are a favorite for many...and definitely not just children! Hauke Scheer, a designer who creates and sells action figures using his Stratasys Mojo 3D printer, has just created a figure of a new hero: himself. He redesigned the figure, which we'll call "The Incredible Hauke," using photographs as references, then modeled it using MODO. With the design of his own head and a generic body he uses for other action figures, the Incredible Hauke comprises over 30 separate parts, allowing for action hero-like movement. He created a stop-motion video of the figure to showcase its movements and strength through many positions. Read more about Scheer's plans for the figure -- and his offerings for those who'd like their own -- in the full article: http://3dprint.com/51005/3d-printed-action-figure/
