Middle- and high-school students at NuVu Studios in Cambridge, MA have designed a truly innovative product for those at all levels of participation in cycling and triathlons. After researching and designing several iterations of their concept, the NuVu students were able to use 3D design and 3D print a durable, reliable cyclist exoskeleton shoe which slips on over the regular running shoe as the athlete gets on their bike. The 3D printed shoe is a cycling cleat which simply slips on over the regular running shoe.
