Repsnapper being stupid

I thought I would try Repsnapper but am stuck. I have set both extruders in the settings but the gcode that is generated makes no sense. I set the T0 temperature in the start gcode then Repsnapper puts an "M6 T1" command in the gcode which is pretty stupid as it hasn't set a temperature for T1 so when it starts printing it just sits clicking on the T1 extruder.

I can't find anywhere to change this behaviour but it must be somewhere.

Try modifying the g-code after it is generated so that you know that it is not being modified and see if it works.
