3Doodler Introduces new Flexible Filament
3Doodler burst onto the scene thanks to a very successful Kickstarter campaign to fund their 3D printing pen, and recently launched a new Kickstarter to introduce the 3Doodler 2.0. Co-founder Maxwell Bogue took the time to chat with 3DPrint.com's Eddie at CES yesterday, introducing the 3Doodler's newest material, which is compatible with both versions of the 3Doodler. FLEXY is a flexible DoodleStrand, which will be priced at $9.99 for 25 strands, and has impressive potential for creating unique, never before seen products. Bogue showed Eddie some impressive creations including a wallet, hinges for his eye-glasses, an iPhone case, and even an entire 3D printed jacket. At first I was going to say that looks like it really messed up the printer it was used in, and then I remembered, it's from a 3Doodler, so that's about as good as it could possibly look, no matter what filament is used.
Do bed magnets deteriorate.
