Golf club makers once worked in front of hot forges to make their hand-crafted, one-off clubs. But now clubmakers are taking advantage of cutting-edge 3D printing processes to prototype their latest product lines. Cobra Puma Golf say using 3D printing has saved them both time and money in their efforts to build the next generation of golf clubs, and work at the University of Dundee has resulted in the recreation of some of the oldest known surviving clubs.
