Enviro - Environmentally Friendly ABS Filament

While many 3D printing enthusiasts use ABS filament, there is cause for concern due to the environmental issues with its inability to biodegrade due to being petroleum-based — while PLA filament is vegetable-based and can be recycled. 3D Printlife and Sierra Resins have come together to create an ABS bio-filament that can be consumed by bacteria in landfills, causing it to biodegrade. They debuted Enviro, the new filament, this week at CES. Check out more details on the process in the full article: http://3dprint.com/35752/enviro-abs-bio-filament/

    - Does anyone know of the UFP ratings on this new product? From the data projected HERE it shows that the UFP released in PLA is around 20 Billion Per Minute and in standard ABS it is around 200 Billion Per Minute. It would be neat to know how this new product compares to standard ABS in that manner.
