Stratasys Introduces New 3D Printing Curriculum

Stratasys has introduced a free, downloadable 3D printing course, aimed at secondary and post-secondary aged students. This course covers historical, economic, and technical aspects of 3D printing, and it is already being used in the US and Singapore. With this emerging technology, many occupational fields will experience a transformation, and this curriculum is geared toward exposing students to these changes. The course's easy accessibility, broad coverage, and practical real world applications is a great start to an expanding range of 3D printing teaching aids and materials. This is the real deal!

This is the real deal! Educate young students to realize the potential and advantages, we must remember that within short time kids will gave more access and naturally young people will also try to print guns, or so called “cool” objects like iPhone case or whatever, I think that if we start educate young students of the real potential it will benefit all of us. Too bad these fantastic initiatives are limited to relatively small number of universities and schools.
