3d Systems has continued their spree of acquisitions today with quite a major announcement. The company will be acquiring Cimatron Ltd. (CIMT) for $8.97 per share, a premium of over 47% from Friday's close. The acquisition will give 3D Systems a major software asset in the additive and subtractive manufacturing space.
