For the past eight years Doritos, has issued a call for submissions to the 'Crash the Super Bowl' contest in which people are invited to submit commercials to be aired during the Super Bowl. Each year, the prizes have gotten bigger and this year is no different. The Grand Prize winner will get not only to see their commercial broadcast during the Super Bowl but also get a trip to see the game live, plus $1 million cash, plus an opportunity to work on a creative project with Universal Studios. The commercial submission that has caught our editor’s eye features a 3D printer specifically created to print Doritos of any shape or size. To create the props for the commercial, submitted by RUS Architects, a dummy Dorito printer was built by a 3D print club and chip prototype props were printed at Edgewater Workbench.
