    1KG Filament - Is there a standardized Spool size?

    Does anyone know if the spool size on 1KG of filament is standard, or if it varies by company? Trying to come up with some storage ideas, but I plan to also experiment with different filaments. I've only purchased one brand of filament so I wouldn't know. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    There definitely isn't a standard size. However there are a few sizes that are very popular. I'd say there are about 3-4 sizes that are semi-standard.

    no, there is no standard spool size. You can build a spool holder, so most spool is able to fit.
