Prusa i3V + Cura === First Layer all of a sudden Prints Too High

All of a sudden now my Prusa is printing the first layer way too high off the print bed, so high the filament doesnt even remotely stick.
The bed has been leveled, and the Z stop is set, just like I always have.
It acts like the part was not placed on the build surface in Cura, but I checked and resaved the gcode, still does it.

I have first layer thickness set to 0.3mm like I always have, but the first layer is printing at 0.78mm according to the Prusa display.

Turns out it was an odd feature on the part I was printing, tried some other prints and its printing at the correct height now.
