What kind of printer could do this?
What kind of printer could print various intricate colors all in one shot?

at the moment only an expensive industrial job.
Cheapest probably start with the mcor paper based systems. And then works up until yu get to the object connex series.
But there are a number of cheaper system currently in development. Including one that's supposed to be able to bolt on to almost any fff system.

As Curious Aardvark states, these are not cheap hobby-level printers (any more than the Mcor is), but they do exist and there are service bureaus that will print your parts using them. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for photographic color from a FFF printer any time soon.

In case you want to know how shockingly they cost, price can range from 20k to 500k$ the machine alone....
