    Put some more depth into the models, the textures are nice but bump maps don't translate to a mesh deformation, so when you print your ship it's going to print in plain low low poly.
    What you could do is turn your bump map into an SVG file and then boolean that on your model (if you have UV mapped the model in standard sections this should be easy to apply one piece at a time)
    That is, the texture you have drawn can be actually imprinted, or embossed onto the model surface and when you print it, you will see all your details.
