Question - Create Detail in Cad or Replicator?

OK, I'm one of those people that wants to understand some of the Basic things so here is my Question.

When Saving the STL from my Cad Program, I am given a Dialog that asks "Export Quality" with Fewer or More Polygons to select from.

Now when creating the GCode, I get "Object infill %" default is 10%

So what do others advise on either setting.

Here is the Name being Printed, the Object InFill ( Centres of the Letters ) is 10%, I did notice on a previous Name I did the Infill gaps were visible on the outside face of the Letters so was this because the infill was too low at 10%?

If you are not printing fast enough, it cannot bridge across that empty space, either increase the print speed for bridging or over all or increase the infill to 20%
