QU-BD Two-Up Printer Board Problems

It's me again; it seems I cant go twenty-four hours without encountering a new problem.

I plugged in my board for the first time and immediately got a red status LED on the printerboard :/

Repetier (nor my computer) won't identify the printer, and thus it won't connect to the printer (its searching for COM port 4).

I've submitted a support ticket to QU-BD, but God knows how long it will take them to get back to me

Any suggestions?

This could go all the way back to the set up of your Printrboard board, which has the firmware installed on it. Look at http://reprap.org/wiki/Printrboard

Note: Refer to the board as Printrboard which is spelled without the 'e'.
