Printing Issue For Crealty Ender 3 Neo

Hello! I am new here but am having an issue I can't seem to find a solution to. I have tried many things, but am hoping that someone has had this problem before and knows how to fix it. The problem: See attached pictures. So I have 5 Ender 3 Neos all with the same parts, have done 100s of prints on each one with no issues at all. All of a sudden, two of the printers start having this problem. I have tried swapping motors, gears, tubes, nozzles, tightening wheels, loosening wheels, (even altering slicer settings, which really shouldn't be necessary since all the printers are essentially identical and only two are having this issue.)Lastly, the way I am holding the print, is how it prints on the bed.Send help! I appreciate any feedback that can be given.
