Neptune 3 Pro, Prusa slicer won't stick on plate

I have a big problem with my printer Neptune 3 Pro. I used Cura, Orca slicer and Prusa slicer and the result are the same. I can't figuring out how can fix the problem. When I print the PLA I got the result like on image. The PLA won't stick on the plate. I clean the plate many times, I calibrate the Z hight. Can you please help me. I don't know what is the problem.

Suggestion........

Print perhaps 6-9 random 50mm x 50mm squares just 0.2mm thick on your bed.

This should show you how level your bed is and also if you need to adjust the 'Z' offset.

I think your nozzle is too close to the bed or is partially clogged.

I measured again the Z high (picture). I changed the nozzle and the tuba. It was the same print.

It's the 'Z' offset that needs adjusting not the 'Z' height.

Have a look on Youtube for videos on adjusting it.

You can adjust the "z" offset in Prusaslicer.

Did you print a few squares to check the bed level?

Can you go into your slicer settings and increase the 'Z' offset by either plus or minus 0.02 mm and redo the print and see what changes?

I'm assuming the photo is of the bed leveling which sets the 'Z' height?

The 'Z' offset is a fine tuning of the distance of the nozzle from the bed and only affects the first layer
