Anycubic Kobra Max problems

Hello,Had some major issues with my 2 Kobra Max's. The glass beds are flaking up with prints. Both filament run out sensors play up so much I bypassed them. The bed levelling sensor on one malfunctioned and there is no manual way to level the bed while i wait weeks to anycubic to send me replacement parts. Anycubic support are trying to help, parts are slow to get and more problems keep popping up. What are other people's experience with these printers?
