K1 Max Problems

Hello,I have a new Creality K1 Max that is now scratching the bed plate after the software upgrade. The print head also wonders away from the print and seems to be trying to print in random locations while no filament is dropped. Prints also fail because they won’t stick. I’ve tried with and without glue but eventually part of the print gets dragged away. Is there a way to downgrade? I’d appreciate any advice. Thanks!
