New 3D Printer - in need some resources

Good dayI just bought a K1 max 2 weeks ago, this is my 1st 3D printer and still have a lot to learn.I work as a draughtsman and would like to print some of my designs. I have attached some screen shots of what I want to print.I have to set the scale to 5% in the slicer to fit on the print bed.The issue I’m having is that the plate thickness is 6mm if its scale 1-1. When I change the scale in the slicer these plates become really thin because of the down scaling.Are there any resources or channels I can follow of people who might be doing similar prints?I don’t really want to ga and thicken these plates in my model before exporting to .step. I hope someone can help me with a workflow or just point me in the right direction.Thank you
