Help for ender 5 plus

I have an ender plus 5 printer, i don't know how to use this printer, when i try to print a file that is ready in it,at first it liked to print, but the printing was determined, then there are situations that i photoed. Please help me and can you share a file and settings that i can print as an example?the person who used this machine before me said that he got pressure to a certain and then the printing slipped, but i cannot do it at all and i don't know anything about heat settings. Thanks in advance for your help.
