Extreme Stringing Ender 3 V3 SE

Hi,I just got an Ender 3 V3 SE. The white PLA it came with worked very well on the first print out-of-the-box. I also bought some creality branded gray PLA (same width), but the prints are leaving long strings everywhere. I've attached a picture. I've tried tweaking a few settings around retraction or temperature but I don't really know what I'm doing and none of it seems to make a difference.Thanks.
