Printer settings etc

New to 3D and having trouble identifying my printer, I can't find any info on it anywhere ??This is all I can find, can anyone help at all please

Research shows that you have a Creatbot R3D Dash printer. It appears that the manufacture date is just prior to another company taking over the name, if not outright purchasing the original company. I've not seen such a desert of information for any product for which one has this much information. The current company manufactures high temperature enclosed printers and also dual color printers, but the support resources appear to start later than the date on your printer. An orphan beyond belief.
