New user frustration

I have a AnyCubic Kobra Neo. it was a gift in March. I printed a few things with PLA and it seemed fine. Now I want to print a couple of brackets for my brother in law EV. I went through Auto level and such. And EACH time on the left side of the plate the filament doesn't stick or barely sticks and getts messed up. I have cleaned the plate with 90 Alcohol and also Acetone. Temperrature for filament was set to 200 and the table at 60. I even turned the plate over, cleaned it and still the print was screwed up. Any ideas what to do with this thing?
