Support layer issue

Hello,I have recently bought a spool of Polymax PLA from Polymaker, my printer is Creality Ender 3 with Prusa as a slicer. I am experiencing a problem with the support touching layer, as you can see in the picture the surface is all rugged. The Z layer gap from the support is set at 0.2 mm and the supports detach easily. I have been testing with different nozzle temperatures ranging from 185 to 215 degrees Celsius, but the results are the same.Thank you
